Key Responsibilities • Property & Ownership Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and title verification using official real estate databases. • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify listing opportunities based on client motivation, timeline, property condition, and market readiness. • Documentation Management: Prepare and oversee essential agreements and compliance documents, including MOUs, Lease Agreements, Tawtheeq, SPAs, and ownership verification records. • Client & Owner Relations: Build strong, professional relationships with landlords and property owners through clear, proactive communication. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in residential real estate as a Listing Agent or Listing Coordinator. • Listing Management: Proven ability to organize and manage 10+ active property listings simultaneously with precision. • Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of local real estate procedures and document processing. • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and high organizational standards.
