Lifting Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team for high-rise building construction projects in the UAE. Requirements: • Minimum 5–15 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor with construction companies in the UAE. • Proven experience on high-rise building projects . • LEEA certification is mandatory. • Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (if applicable). • Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, cranes, lifting plans, and UAE safety regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. • Ability to ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project and HSE requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site. • Ensure compliance with approved lifting plans, method statements, and HSE procedures. • Conduct pre-lift inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. • Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, engineers, and site management. • Monitor lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
