Job description
**Position\-Lifting Specialist**
**Location:** Qatar
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **10 years of experience** in lifting operations.
* At least **3 years of supervisory experience**.
* Proven experience in **QELNG Brownfield Projects**.
* Strong understanding of **SHES (Safety, Health, Environment \& Security) requirements**.
* Knowledge of lifting plans, risk assessments, lifting equipment, and safe lifting operations.
* Valid lifting\-related certifications and Qatar experience preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities in accordance with SHES and project requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy and client safety standards.
* Review lifting plans, permits, and risk assessments.
* Monitor lifting equipment inspections and certification.
* Lead toolbox talks and ensure safe execution of lifting operations
