Lifting Supervisor

responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all lifting and hoisting activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and approved lifting procedures. The role requires coordination with crane operators, riggers, safety teams, and site management to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations. Supervise all lifting operations and ensure activities are executed according to approved lifting plans and procedures. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, crane operators, and rigging teams regarding lifting schedules and work execution. Review lifting plans and conduct pre-lift meetings before critical lifting activities. Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are inspected and certified before use. Monitor lifting operations to ensure compliance with company safety standards and Qatar regulations. Assess lifting risks and implement preventive control measures. Degree with LEEA Valid certification / Third party validation certificates / Exp in civil construction / Minimum 8 to 13 years of experience in lifting operations within civil construction projects. Experience in large-scale infrastructure, high-rise buildings, commercial projects, or mega construction projects. GCC/Qatar experience preferred. Experience handling heavy lifting equipment and critical lifting activities.
