Legal Project Manager

Position: Legal Project Manager Department: Project Management Location: Dubai, UAE We are looking for a Legal Project Manager to join one of the region s largest and most established groups, providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions. We are seeking an experienced Group Legal Restructuring Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-jurisdiction transformation program across the UAE, KSA and UK. Working closely with Group Legal, executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive governance, coordinate legal restructuring activities and ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale corporate transformation project. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a group-wide legal restructuring program across multiple entities and jurisdictions. • Manage project plans, governance, RAID logs and executive reporting. • Coordinate Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, IT, Government Relations and external advisors. • Oversee corporate restructuring, governance, regulatory approvals and licensing activities. • Manage project risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery. Requirements : • 10+ years' experience delivering complex transformation or enterprise projects. • Proven experience in legal, corporate restructuring, governance or multi-entity transformation program. • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance, regulatory processes and multi-jurisdiction project delivery. • Excellent stakeholder management and project governance skills.
