Legal Advisor

1\. Oversees and manages the Company's contractual functions – including managing the review process for all internal contract drafting and negotiation as well as overseeing external counsel with respect to outsourced customer service agreements and contracts. 2\. Ensures that contract drafting, negotiation and review; negotiating and drafting documents, interpretation of state laws; handling internal and external administrative and regulatory matters and grievances, etc. are handled efficiently . 3\. Advises management on strategy on a range of issues, and oversees and reports on transactions that are being managed by external counsel. 4\. Manages contracts and the preparation of legal memorandum and documents. 5\. Ensures the conformity of contracts with company regulations and pertinent legislation according to local, usual and customary practices. 6\. Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. 7\. Develops and consolidates regulatory guidance and facilitate updating and access to regulatory guidance as required. 8\. Develops policies, internal guidance notes and/or processes required to address or manage the service offering risks. Qualifications and Skills : \- Arabic and Bilingual \- Bachelor's Degree in Law \- Knowledge in Qatari Law \- Minimum 5 years experience in the Legal field \- Excellent in Written, Oral and Presentation Skills \- Computer Literate \- Highly motivated and Self\-Driven \- With Pleasing Personality and can work under pressure Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
