**We're Hiring: Legal Advisor – Advisory** **Key Responsibilities** * Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. * Identify legal risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies. * Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. * Support internal stakeholders with legal guidance and interpretation of laws. * Coordinate with external law firms and legal service providers. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. * Prepare legal reports and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. * Promote information security and data privacy compliance. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. * Experience in legal advisory, contract drafting, and compliance. * Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law. * Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
