Leasing Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer\-focused **Leasing Agent** to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable rental properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Key Responsibilities * Generate and qualify new leasing leads. * Assist clients in finding residential and commercial properties that meet their requirements. * Conduct property viewings and explain property features and amenities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. * Negotiate lease terms and facilitate successful rental transactions. * Prepare and coordinate leasing documentation and contracts. * Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions. * Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system. * Stay informed about the local real estate market, rental trends, and available inventory. * Work closely with the marketing and administration teams to ensure listings remain accurate and up to date. * Achieve individual and team leasing targets. Requirements * Previous experience in real estate leasing or sales is preferred. * Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. * Self\-motivated with a results\-driven mindset. * Excellent customer service and relationship\-building abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Valid Qatari Driving License is preferred. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
