**Job Description – Leasing Real Estate Agent** FGREALTY is seeking a motivated and results\-driven Leasing Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable rental properties, managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to client inquiries and qualify their property requirements. * Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. * Match clients with suitable residential and commercial properties. * Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners. * Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting. * Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants. * Prepare leasing documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately. * Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions using the company CRM. * Stay informed about market trends, rental prices, and available inventory. * Achieve monthly leasing and business development targets. * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities. * Self\-motivated, organized, and target\-oriented. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage. * Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. * Valid Qatari driving license and own vehicle are preferred. **What We Offer:** * Attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Access to a premium property portfolio and marketing support. * Career growth opportunities within a leading real estate company. * Dynamic, professional, and supportive work environment.
