Leasing Executive

• Handle retail leasing for shops, showrooms, and commercial spaces • Conduct property viewings and present suitable retail spaces to clients • Perform rent comparison and rent analysis based on market trends and competitor data • Negotiate rental terms, lease conditions, renewals, and amendments • Review lease documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approved terms • Coordinate lease execution, approvals, and handover processes • Manage Tawtheek registration and ensure timely compliance with local regulations • Maintain and update tenant records, leads, and follow-ups using CRM systems • Monitor lease expiries and support renewal discussions • Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and management summaries • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth leasing operations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing • Strong knowledge of retail leasing practices and rental benchmarks • Experience with rent analysis, rent comparison, and lease documentation review • Familiarity with Tawtheek and leasing compliance processes • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office • Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets • UAE market experience is mandatory
