We are seeking an accomplished **Lead Structural Engineer** to provide technical leadership, oversee project execution, and ensure compliance with the highest engineering standards. Key Responsibilities * **Structural design leadership:** Direct the development of advanced structural systems and designs. * **Project oversight:** Supervise execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and safety standards. * **Compliance management:** Ensure designs meet Kuwaiti building codes and international regulations. * **Innovation:** Introduce sustainable materials and digital engineering tools. * **Risk assessment:** Identify and mitigate structural risks across projects. * **Collaboration:** Partner with architects, contractors, and government agencies. * **Team mentorship:** Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of excellence. * **Reporting:** Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * 8–10 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. * Proven expertise in designing and managing large\-scale projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and BIM tools. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural systems, and sustainability practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Kuwait’s construction regulations is an advantage.
