We are seeking a visionary **Lead Game Designer** to spearhead creative direction, guide design teams, and shape the future of our interactive projects. Key Responsibilities * **Game concept development:** Define and refine core gameplay mechanics, storylines, and player experiences. * **Team leadership:** Mentor designers, assign tasks, and ensure creative alignment across projects. * **Design documentation:** Create and maintain detailed design documents, prototypes, and guidelines. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with programmers, artists, and producers to bring concepts to life. * **Innovation:** Explore emerging technologies and trends to enhance gameplay experiences. * **Balancing \& testing:** Ensure gameplay balance, usability, and player satisfaction through iterative testing. * **Creative vision:** Drive the artistic and narrative direction of projects. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field. * 6–8 years of experience in game design, with at least 3 in a leadership role. * Proficiency in game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine). * Strong knowledge of gameplay mechanics, storytelling, and user experience design. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Passion for gaming and innovation in interactive entertainment.
