Lead Procurement Engineer - All Packages

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for all project packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans tailored to diverse package requirements, optimizing supplier selection and negotiation. • Manage complex contract negotiations, focusing on favorable terms, risk mitigation, and long-term supplier relationships. • Oversee the technical evaluation of supplier proposals, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure alignment with project specifications. • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architect Engineering • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a significant portion in a lead or supervisory role within the energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors. • Proven expertise in sourcing and procuring a wide range of packages, including mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and construction and Fit Out services. • Strong understanding of international procurement regulations, Incoterms, and import/export procedures.
