Looking for Lead Specialist with good experience in WSO2 Integration. Good hands\-on experience with middleware and integration products suites specifically in WSO2 ESB, API Manager, EI/ Micro Integrator, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, OAuth2, JWT, and API Security. The Lead Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering enterprise\-grade integration solutions using WSO2 middleware technologies. This role leads solution architecture initiatives, ensures adherence to architectural standards, and provides technical leadership across project delivery, support, and governance. ### **Key Architecture \& Leadership Responsibilities** * Provide hands\-on, expert\-level technical leadership in WSO2 middleware applications. * Lead end\-to\-end solution design for new digital initiatives, vendor solutions, and enhancements to existing platforms, ensuring modularity, reusability, and scalability. * Own solution architecture for new initiatives from business requirement analysis through vendor selection and solution delivery. * Develop end\-to\-end solutions aligned with agile architecture principles and standards (including emergent and intentional design) to ensure holistic, business\-aligned outcomes. * Ensure compliance with solution and technology architecture standards, governance, and principles. * Drive architecture decisions and be accountable for impacts on cost, delivery timelines, technical debt, complexity, and performance. * Provide expert guidance on technical and architectural standards, including the selection and application of architectural patterns. * Contribute to architecture documentation, reference architectures, reusable components, and best practices to accelerate future delivery. * Support both agile and waterfall delivery models, enabling faster time\-to\-market. ### **Technical Responsibilities** * Design, manage, and govern the full API lifecycle using WSO2 API Manager. * Create and manage APIs and Data Services Server (DSS) implementations. * Develop complex mediation logic and data transformations using WSO2 Enterprise Integrator / Micro Integrator. * Implement and enforce robust security standards including OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and WS\-Security. * Develop integration artifacts in line with approved solution architecture and design documentation. * Produce and maintain technical documentation for new and enhanced integrations and services. * Support business teams by identifying and implementing improvements to the integration service portfolio. * Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers across design, development, testing, and deployment activities. * Lead performance testing, UAT, and production deployments. * Handle and resolve production support incidents, ensuring system stability and reliability. ### **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. * Strong hands\-on experience with WSO2 integration products, including: o WSO2 API Manager (APIM) o WSO2 Enterprise Integrator / Micro Integrator (EI/MI) o Data Services Server (DSS) * Solid experience with SOAP and RESTful web services and API lifecycle management. * Proficiency with web service standards and tools, including SOAP, WSDL, WS\-Policy, WS\-\*, and SOAP UI. * Strong understanding of integration and API security, including WS\-Security, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, and XACML. * Good knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Service\-Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns. * Basic working knowledge of Java and JavaScript. * Exposure to high\-availability WSO2 environments, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines. * Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL scripting, and stored procedures. * Experience with object\-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and Java\-based development is an advantage. * Hands\-on experience with IDEs (e.g., Eclipse) and source control systems using Git. * Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and time management abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player and self\-starter. * Experience working in agile delivery environments and methodologies. **Skills:** WSO2 Integration , API Management , Middleware Architecture
