Lead Construction Engineer(Offhsore)

• Lead and supervise construction activities for oil & gas projects. • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams. • Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets. • Resolve technical and construction issues at site. • Review and approve construction plans, methods, and work packages. • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications. • Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders. • Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering. • Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role. • Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory. • Familiarity with international standards • PMC, EPC and Fabrication yard experience will be preferred • Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
