Job description
Role & responsibilities Verification & Validation of detailed hardware engineering & material requisition for the control system with Client approved documents. Heading a team of design engineers and making sure to comply with relevant Project Standards, Specifications and Delta Quality Standards. Guiding the preparation and control of project documentation relevant to system hardware engineering (revisions, quality checks, transmittals etc.) Specify system (hardware) requirements and produces hardware drawings and specifications Generate and review procurement specifications. Supervise draftsmen for preparation of various engineering drawings incl. Panel Wiring Drawings, Site Installation and Cable Termination Drawings. Responsible for the detailed design & engineering of the electrical system. Leading the Design and Production Team Adhiring QHSE procedures & policies Taking care of their own health & safety and follow EHS regulations Technical Compliance with the Project Specifications & International Standards Responsible for the detailed engineering like GA,BOM & SLD and design documents Etc , for Control System Liaison with Project Document Controller for maintaining Project Document Register. Preparation of Purchase requisitions for System Hardware Co-ordination with Production team for Assembly & Integration of the electrical system A lead engineer review and upgrade activities in a corporate project and supervises the work of junior engineers Provide technical advice and guidance to Design engineers/Draftsman
Fluency in AutoCad Operating in Engineering Products and Technical spec. 10+ years of experience in Panel Design engineering in PLC/ SCADA.
