Team Leader Design Facade

• Lead and mentor a team of facade designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve project goals. • Oversee the end-to-end design process for complex facade systems, ensuring technical feasibility, aesthetic integrity, and compliance with building codes and project specifications. • Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate facade designs seamlessly into overall project plans. • Develop and implement design standards, best practices, and quality control procedures for facade design to ensure consistency and excellence. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in facade design and engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex facade systems for large-scale architectural projects. • Expertise in facade design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper) and strong understanding of structural analysis principles.
