Lash Artist / Eyelash Extension Technician

PJ2PHONE_NUMBER Employer Industry: Ladies Beauty Saloon Work location: RAK Salary: as per the industry norms Key Responsibilities • Perform professional eyelash extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets. • Carry out lash lift and lash tint treatments according to salon standards. • Conduct client consultations to assess eye shape, lash health, allergies, and desired outcomes. • Recommend suitable lash styles and aftercare routines based on each client's needs. • Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are cleaned, sterilized, and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations. • Educate clients on proper aftercare to maximize lash retention. • Perform safe removal and refill of eyelash extensions. • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and product sensitivities. • Promote salon products and additional beauty services to clients where appropriate. • Stay updated on new lash products, techniques, and beauty trends through continuous learning. • Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness and a professional working environment. • Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and professionalism. • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Lash Artist or Eyelash Extension Technician. • Certification in eyelash extension application from a recognized beauty academy or training provider. • Strong knowledge of Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash techniques. • Experience in lash lifting, lash tinting, and lash removal. • Excellent precision, attention to detail, and artistic ability. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Basic knowledge of infection control and salon hygiene standards. • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. • Preferably Candidates who are currently available in UAE and can join immediately (within 5 days maximum) will be considered Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience working in a premium beauty salon or spa. • Experience with brow services such as brow lamination, threading, or tinting is an advantage. • Knowledge of retail beauty product sales. • Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
