**Job Title:** Nail Technician \& Lash Extension Trainer **Job Type:** Full\-time (9 hours per day) **Salary:** AED 3,500–4,000 per month Job Description * Train students in professional nail extension techniques. * Teach acrylic, hard gel, soft gel, and polygel nail application. * Conduct practical training in nail shaping, refills, maintenance, and safe removal. * Teach basic nail art techniques and salon hygiene standards. * Train students in classic, hybrid, volume, and Russian volume lash extension techniques. * Demonstrate proper lash application, maintenance, removal, and aftercare. * Supervise students during practical training sessions and provide hands\-on guidance. * Assess students' practical skills and provide constructive feedback. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment. * Stay updated with the latest nail and lash industry trends, products, and techniques. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nail Technician and Lash Extension Artist. * Knowledge of nail extensions, acrylic, hard gel, soft gel, polygel, and basic nail art. * Experience in classic, hybrid, volume, and Russian volume lash extension techniques. * Good communication and teaching skills. * Passion for training and mentoring students. * Professional, patient, and team\-oriented attitude.
