Job description
BCD Global exists to build permanence in a world defined by change. For over seven decades, we have created enduring value by combining institutional discipline with visionary design and responsible growth. Our portfolio spans real estate development, construction, interiors, financing, and professional advisory, all guided by the belief that ownership creates accountability and great design drives progress. Our verticals transform land, capital, and vision into sustainable ecosystems that shape how future generations live, work, and thrive.
Role Overview
BCD Global is seeking a precise and technically proficient Land / Site Surveyor to support accurate setting-out, measurement, and survey coordination across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Total Station, GPS, and digital levelling equipment to establish boundaries, gridlines, levels, and benchmarks in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements. Working closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities, you will play a key role in verifying site accuracy, resolving survey discrepancies, and maintaining reliable survey records and as-built documentation that support efficient execution and successful project handover. Lead site coordination with government entities (e.g., Dubai Municipality Survey Dept, RTA, DED, Planning Dept) for official site boundary handovers and demarcation certificates. Perform precise setting-out for structural footings, columns, gridlines, elevations, and infrastructure networks based on approved IFC drawings. Prepare and submit official As-Built survey drawings and topographic data required for municipal NOCs and completion certificates. Represent the company during government site inspection visits, resolving any spatial discrepancies, plot encroachment concerns, or municipal demarcation warnings. Investigate, log, and resolve survey-related disputes or boundary conflicts with neighboring plot owners, government contractors, or utility authorities (DEWA/RTA). Maintain calibration records for all survey instruments (Total Station, RTK GPS, Digital Levels) in compliance with local regulatory standards. Cross-check site survey levels continuously during shoring, excavation, concrete pours, and structural works to avoid non-conformances. Maintain clean digital archives of field survey raw data, municipal plot control points, and GIS coordinate records.
