L&D Project Management Manager/Associate

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced L&D Project Management Manager/Associate to be based in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will lead end-to-end planning, design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities: • Lead project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for L&D initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution • Oversee instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning production • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, escalating when necessary • Track project progress against KPIs, produce status reports, and present updates to senior leadership • Implement and administer LMS platforms, learning technologies, and virtual training tools • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, and stakeholder briefings • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and quality standards Position Details • Position Title: L&D Project Management Manager/Associate • Location: Riyadh, KSA, Saudi Arabia • Industry: IT • Experience Required: 5+ years • 5 10 years of hands-on experience in learning & development project management • Strong technical L&D expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning authoring tools • Proven technical project management skills using methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs • Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent project management software • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification • Master s degree or postgraduate diploma in L&D, Project Management, or related discipline • Experience working in the KSA or broader GCC region • Familiarity with learning analytics, performance measurement, and ROI evaluation • Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic
