Kitchen Helper

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation. • Prepare and handle ingredients according to kitchen requirements. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. • Wash and organize kitchen utensils and equipment. • Support the team during busy service hours. • Previous experience working in a Japanese restaurant is required. • Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen operations. • Familiarity with Japanese ingredients and food preparation is an advantage. • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety. • Ability to work well with chefs and kitchen staff. • Hardworking, organized, and willing to follow instructions.
