Key Accounts Executive - Qatar

• Handle key accounts like Lulu • Plan and execute trade promotions, listings, and in-store activities Coordinate with merchandising team. • Monitor stock availability, sell-through, and replenishment Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and visibility agreements. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. • Build strong relationships with buyers and category teams. • Develop & Maintain strong relationships with retail key accounts to achieve sales & distribution targets. • Ensure Maximum Product availability, visibility & execution of promotions by monitoring stock levels, merchandising , pricing & freezer placement. • Generate new business by identifying & onboarding new customer while expanding sales with existing accounts. • Collect customer orders , follow up on deliveries , monitor payments & ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. • A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles. • Strong technical skills in CRM software (like Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline sales processes and reporting. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
