• Achieve assigned Sales Target.
• Maintain regular communication and build strong partnerships with assigned key accounts to support operational requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, share product information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Conduct scheduled field visits to fleet operators, transport companies, logistics firms, schools, construction fleets, hospitality groups, and government entities.
• Implement management plan to penetrate potential customers within the transport, school, hospitality, and small‑fleet segment.
• To add active customers to our existing clients as per the Targets set.
• Arrange customer visits, demos, and product introductions alignment with management strategy.
• Follow up on proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and required documentation.
• Apply sales techniques including consultative selling, solution‑based selling, product advantages, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) positioning, and after‑sales value proposition.
• Engage with transport companies, schools, hospitality groups, logistics operators, construction fleets, and government entities.
• Promote extended warranty options, service contracts, accessories, and other after‑sales programs.
• Provide right input for market intelligence and competitor activities.
Product Knowledge & Training
• Develop knowledge of JMMC buses, vans, and minibuses.
• Attend internal training programs to improve skills in sales techniques and product understanding
• Policies, Procedures, and Compliance
• Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), credit approval processes, and financial policies for fleet sales.
• Ensure compliance with GIA policies, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Follow all company and departmental policies related to vehicle purchasing, registration, insurance, and payment procedures for commercial buyers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of all sales-related paperwork.
• Ensure individual adherence to ISO and SOP-driven Sales Processes for commercial vehicle sales.
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive, or related fields
Work Experience
• Minimum 5–7 years of commercial vehicle fleet sales experience in the UAE.
• Must have an existing customer network within fleet and transport sectors.
Competencies
• Proven sales record
• Solid knowledge of buses, vans, minibuses, and fleet operations.
• Demonstrated capability in Key account management.
• CRM proficiency, digital sales tools competence.
• High energy, proactive, and field‑driven personality.
• Strong professional presence and customer engagement capability.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License
