Junior Landscape Approval Coordinator

• Act as the company's Dubai Municipality G+1 Licensed Engineer. • Supervise G+1 villa construction, renovation, and technical services projects. • Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, consultants, and other government authorities for approvals and inspections. • Review and approve engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions. • Monitor site activities, quality, safety, and project progress. • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and industry standards. • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. • Prepare technical reports and attend project meetings when required. • Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Civil Engineer License (Mandatory). • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in G+1 residential villa construction. • Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality approval procedures and regulations. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
