Junior IT Technician

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support. • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and hardware issues. • Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrolment. • Support Active Directory user account management and password resets. • Support printing systems and network printers. • Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). • Prepare and deploy laptops and desktops for users. • Coordinate with vendors and support regional users. • Maintain IT asset inventory and update support tickets. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required. • 2–4 years of IT support experience. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, networking, and printer support. • Good communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
