Joinery Technical Manager

Lead the technical design and engineering of joinery packages. Manage and coordinate technical teams and project stakeholders. Review and approve shop drawings, material specifications, and production documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Provide technical support throughout design, manufacturing, and installation phases. • Proven experience in a Joinery Technical Manager or similar role. • Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects. • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and coordinating design teams. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working on large-scale, high-end commercial or hospitality projects is preferred. • Proven experience delivering large-scale luxury joinery and interior fit-out projects within the UAE. • Strong background in managing bespoke joinery packages for high-end hospitality, residential, or commercial developments.
