Job Title: OT Nurse – Multi-Specialty (Ophthalmology / ENT / Oncology

We are seeking experienced and skilled Operating Theatre (OT) Nurses male and female candidates welcome to join our surgical team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience supporting surgical procedures across one or more of the following specialties: Ophthalmology, ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), Oncology, and Infectious Diseases. Prepare and maintain the operating theatre, instruments, and equipment for procedures in the relevant specialty • Assist surgeons during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases • Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols • Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate post-op care as required • Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient records • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (surgeons, anesthetists, and support staff) • Handle specialty-specific equipment (e.g., ophthalmic microscopes, ENT endoscopy tools, oncology surgical instruments, isolation protocols for infectious disease cases • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Nursing (BSN or equivalent) • Valid nursing license (DHA/DOH/MOH – or eligibility to obtain UAE license) • Minimum 2–3 years of OT nursing experience in at least one of the specialties listed • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply Preferred • Experience across multiple specialties (Ophthalmology, ENT, Oncology, Infectious Diseases) • BLS/ACLS certification • Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC healthcare setting what is provided: • Visa sponsorship and health insurance • Professional development opportunities • Accommodation/transport allowance (if applicable) Interested candidates should submit their CV, nursing license, and relevant certifications to • [].
