Civil Foreman (Job Performer)

• Perform civil works (excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations, paving, etc.) in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and ADNOC standards . • Act as Job Performer under ADNOC PTW system and ensure strict compliance with permit conditions. • Ensure HSE requirements , risk assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are understood and followed by the work crew. • Coordinate with Permit Holder, Area Authority, and HSE team before and during work execution. • Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment at site. • Monitor work progress and report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or deviations. • Support inspections, quality checks, and site housekeeping. • Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions and inform supervision. • Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline / Diploma / or equivalent. • ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer certification (mandatory) . • Minimum 3+ years of civil construction experience in Oil & Gas projects. • Proven experience working inside ADNOC facilities with PTW system exposure.
