IT Support

We are looking for a reliable and hands\-on \*IT Support Technician\* to maintain and support our gaming and IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting \*Gaming PCs, PS5 consoles, racing simulators, networking equipment, printers, and other electronic equipment\*. Responsibilities \* Provide technical support for \*Gaming PCs and regular computers\* \* Troubleshoot and maintain \*PS5 consoles and controllers\* \* Troubleshoot and maintain \*Racing Simulator systems\* \* Support \*steering wheels, pedals, monitors, and simulator peripherals\* \* Install and configure Windows, games, drivers, and required software \* Troubleshoot gaming PC hardware and software issues \* Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance \* Maintain and troubleshoot \*LAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, and switches\* \* Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity problems \* Maintain basic networking equipment \* Troubleshoot printers and other IT peripherals \* Monitor system performance and minimize equipment downtime \* Perform regular maintenance of gaming and IT equipment \* Keep IT equipment and software properly documented \* Respond quickly to technical problems during business operations Requirements \* IT\-related diploma or degree is preferred \* Previous IT Support experience is an advantage \* Good knowledge of \*Windows 10/11\* \* Good PC hardware troubleshooting skills \* Basic to good knowledge of networking (\*TCP/IP, LAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches\*) \* Experience troubleshooting gaming PCs is an advantage \* Knowledge of \*PS5 and gaming peripherals\* is an advantage \* Knowledge of \*racing simulators and steering wheels/pedals\* is an advantage \* Good problem\-solving skills \* Able to work independently \* UAE experience is an advantage \* ⁠Age range between 25\-35 Preferred Skills \* Gaming PC assembly and troubleshooting \* GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD/HDD troubleshooting \* Windows installation and optimization \* Game installation and configuration \* PS5 troubleshooting \* Controller and peripheral troubleshooting \* Racing simulator troubleshooting \* Logitech steering wheel experience is an advantage \* Network configuration and troubleshooting \* Printer and peripheral troubleshooting \* Basic Microsoft Office knowledge \* Ability to support multiple gaming PCs and systems Important \*Hands\-on technical experience is highly preferred.\* The candidate should be comfortable working with \*Gaming PCs, PS5, Racing Simulators, networking equipment, and other gaming\-related hardware.\* Pay: AED1,500\.00 \- AED2,000\.00 per month Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: In person
