IT Strategy & Planning Manager

• Lead the development, implementation, and periodic review of the Bank’s IT Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology priorities. • Develop and maintain multi-year IT strategic roadmaps and annual strategic plans, translating business priorities into actionable technology initiatives. • Establish and monitor IT strategic KPIs, performance dashboards, and execution frameworks to measure progress against strategic objectives. • Track the implementation of strategic initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization, and recommend corrective actions where required. • Prepare executive reports, strategic performance updates, and management presentations for IT leadership and the IT Steering Committee (ITSC). • Coordinate with EPMO, IT departments, and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, prioritization, and effective governance of IT projects and initiatives. • Assess emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Automation, and Data Analytics, and recommend opportunities for innovation and digital transformation. • Support the strategic governance of major technology transformation initiatives, including Core Banking Modernization, Cloud Adoption, AI, and Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE). • Ensure compliance with the IT Strategy Governance Framework, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable international standards. • Coordinate strategic planning workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities to promote alignment between IT capabilities and business priorities. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT strategy, planning, or a related leadership role. • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful IT strategies within a complex organizational structure. • Expertise in IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and risk management principles.
