Job Description: IT Project Manager (Vendor & SaaS Delivery)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to spearhead our "Partnerships-Interline/Codeshare Integrations" initiative for 2026. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between internal business units, technical teams, and external SaaS/SI partners. You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex integrations, ensuring that our vendor relationships and technical implementations align with our broader strategic business objectives. This role requires a seasoned leader who can navigate both Agile and Waterfall environments while maintaining rigorous financial and quality governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Delivery: Lead complex integration projects from inception to deployment, blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required by project context.
• Vendor & SaaS Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, including RFP processes, contract negotiation, and implementation, serving as the primary relationship owner with 3rd party SaaS OEMs and implementation partners.
• Stakeholder Management: Present to C-suite leadership, manage competing project priorities, and translate complex technical requirements for business sponsors.
• Financial & Budgetary Control: Own the business case for assigned programs, including ROI modeling, budget tracking, and management of CapEx/OpEx classifications.
• Quality & Governance: Oversee UAT, system readiness, and delivery governance to ensure solutions are high-quality, fit-for-purpose, and delivered on schedule.
• Reporting: Produce high-impact weekly status reports and steering group presentations that clearly communicate project health, risks, and milestones.
Nice-to-Have
• Hands-on experience implementing CRM or Contact Center (IVR) systems (e.g., Genesys, NICE).
• Deep domain expertise in the Airline industry, either as a Project Manager or in a prior technical capacity.

Required Qualifications
• Certification: Current PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Proven track record of managing complex projects involving internal business stakeholders, IT teams, and external 3rd party SaaS/SI partners.
• Technical Background: Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer/Developer; ability to understand the complexities of the full SDLC.
• Process Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end project execution and governance frameworks.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders.
