IT Project Coordinator

• Coordinate end-to-end IT project activities , ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams. • Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports. • Organize project kick-offs, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and prepare meeting minutes. • Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. • Monitor project risks and escalate issues to management when required. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Ensure compliance with organizational project governance, documentation, and quality standards. • Support requirement gathering, change requests, project documentation, and project closure activities. • Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and project reporting. • Maintain project dashboards and generate periodic progress reports for leadership. • Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination or Project Management. • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana . • Excellent documentation and reporting skills. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
