Project Manager – Order-to-Cash Transformation

Role Purpose Own end‑to‑end delivery of the O2C implementation program, acting as the single point of accountability between business, IT, vendors, and corporate functions to ensure disciplined, timely, and high‑quality execution of the approved to‑be processes and systems. Key Responsibilities • Own the overall implementation plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Drive day‑to‑day execution across business, IT, systems integrators, and vendors • Ensure adherence to approved process designs, BRDs, RACIs, and controls • Manage SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go‑live readiness • Coordinate change management, training, and business adoption • Provide structured reporting to senior management (status, risks, decisions required) • Enforce governance, scope control, and issue escalation Required Experience & Skills • 8–12+ years of management experience, preferably in FMCG / distribution / supply chain environments • Proven delivery of Order‑to‑Cash implementations (SAP + front‑end / WMS exposure strongly preferred) • Strong business process understanding across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Credit • Experience managing complex integrations and multiple stakeholders • Hands‑on, structured, execution‑focused mindset • Strong communication with senior stakeholders • PMP / PRINCE2 / similar certification preferred
