IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

Senior IT Infrastructure \& Systems Engineer (Arabic speakers only) **Location:** \[Riyadh, Saudi Arabia] **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Experience:** Minimum 3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a hands\-on **Senior IT Infrastructure \& Systems Engineer** with proven experience in Microsoft 365, servers, virtualization, networking, firewalls, backup, and data center projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting IT infrastructure solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities * Perform Microsoft 365 email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint migrations. * Support Microsoft CSP customers and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services. * Install and configure FortiGate firewalls, security policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, and web filtering. * Install and configure physical servers, Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory. * Install and manage VMware ESXi and vSphere environments. * Redesign existing networks, create VLANs, and implement network segmentation. * Install and configure Veeam Backup \& Replication. * Design and implement server high\-availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. * Upgrade and reorganize existing data centers, including racks, cabling, power, labeling, and equipment installation. * Prepare network diagrams, implementation plans, technical documentation, and handover reports. * Provide on\-site and remote technical support to customers. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of proven hands\-on experience in IT infrastructure and system integration. * Strong experience with: * Microsoft 365 and email migrations * Windows Server and Active Directory * Fortinet FortiGate * VMware virtualization * Veeam Backup \& Replication * SQL Server installation * VLANs, routing, switching, and network security * Server high availability and disaster recovery * Data center implementation and renovation * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer communication skills. * Ability to manage customer projects independently. Preferred Certifications Microsoft, Fortinet, VMware, Veeam, Cisco, or equivalent certifications are preferred. Candidates should include details of relevant projects in their CV.
