Job description

• Spearhead the planning, execution, and closure of complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance. • Develop and meticulously manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks. • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and contractors, fostering collaboration and transparency. • Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery. • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a significant advantage. • Hold professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management excellence. • Boast 7+ years of progressive experience specifically managing large-scale water infrastructure projects (e.g., water treatment plants, distribution networks, wastewater systems). • Demonstrate a deep understanding of water resource management principles, hydraulic engineering, and relevant construction methodologies.
