IT Asset Management Systems Consultant

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo (MAS Manage) and IBM Tririga • Drive modernization of legacy EAM systems and property management into Maximo MAS platform • Design, Own, and deliver integrations with multiple systems. • Lead integration with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion and SAP Ariba • Design and build advanced reports and dashboards using BIRT • Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation activities • Collaborate with vendors and system integrators to ensure successful delivery • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices • Prepare technical documentation and architecture designs • Conduct stakeholder demos, workshops, and end-user training • 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo • Strong expertise in Maximo MAS Manage configuration and administration • Solid experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.) • Strong BIRT reporting and dashboard development experience • Experience in data migration and data quality management • Working knowledge of Java and automation scripting (Jython) • Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills • Exposure to multiple business lines with different requirements • Experience in facility management contracts Language: Preferred Arabic speakers. Preferred industry exposures • Experience in Government ERP Programs • Experience in Shared Services architecture • Experience in Supplier management frameworks • Experience working with System Integrators (SI) • Experience in integration with Oracle Fusion
