We are working with a leading global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi that is looking to expand its real assets team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established investment platform focused on private markets fund investments across real estate and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of international investment opportunities, working alongside experienced investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle.
What the job involves
• Evaluating and executing investments in real estate and infrastructure funds across global markets
• Conducting detailed financial analysis, modelling and valuation of potential investment opportunities
• Supporting all aspects of investment due diligence, including assessing fund managers, investment strategies, track records and underlying assets
• Preparing investment recommendations and presenting opportunities to the investment committee
• Monitoring existing fund investments, assessing portfolio performance and supporting ongoing portfolio management activities
• Conducting market research and analysing trends across global real estate and infrastructure markets
• Building and maintaining relationships with external fund managers and other investment partners
Who we are looking for
• Relevant experience in real estate or infrastructure investment banking, or on the buy side within real estate or infrastructure investments
• Strong academic background, with a bachelor's and/or master's degree from a leading university
• Experience in private markets fund investments would be advantageous, although candidates with relevant direct investment or advisory experience will also be considered
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills, with the ability to assess investment opportunities and communicate findings effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an international investment environment
• Willingness to relocate to and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
