Inventory Assistant / Stock Controller

**Job Description: \-** We are looking for an **Inventory Assistant / Stock Controller** to support our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail\-oriented, and experienced in maintaining accurate stock records. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain daily inventory and stock records. * Receive, check, and record incoming materials and products. * Record stock issues, transfers, returns, and other stock movements. * Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records. * Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and excess stock. * Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions. * Ensure stock is properly labeled, organized, and stored. * Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and other departments regarding stock requirements. * Prepare inventory reports using Excel or the company inventory system. * Assist with monthly and annual stocktaking. * Monitor stock levels and report items requiring replenishment. Requirements * Previous experience in **Inventory, Stock Control, Warehouse, or a similar role**. * Good knowledge of stock management and inventory procedures. * Good **Microsoft Excel** skills. * Experience with an **ERP or inventory management system** is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and communication skills. * Ability to perform physical stock counts. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
