Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator- Female only

Purchasing \& Inventory Coordinator – Female Candidates Encouraged to Apply DivaLounge Spa is looking for an organized and proactive Purchasing \& Inventory Coordinator to manage purchasing, stock levels and supplier coordination across our branches. Key Responsibilities: Prepare purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or over\-ordering Track near\-expiry and expired products and ensure timely action Compare supplier prices, quality, lead times and payment terms Follow up on pending, delayed and incomplete orders Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records in the system Coordinate stock transfers between branches Support regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies Ensure products are received correctly and properly recorded Work with branch managers to forecast operational requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory control Strong Excel, reporting and administrative skills Experience using inventory or procurement software is preferred Excellent attention to detail and follow\-up Good supplier negotiation and communication skills Experience in beauty, spa, retail or hospitality is an advantage Must currently be based in Qatar Employment Type: Full\-time Location: Doha, Qatar Interested candidates may apply with an updated CV, expected salary and availability to join.
