International Student Coordinator

• Support international student recruitment, achieve enrollment targets, and contribute to student retention initiatives. • Manage admission inquiries, provide program information, follow up with prospective students, and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments. • Coordinate student registration, admission documentation, payments, and student records in accordance with university procedures. • Provide pastoral care and support to international students, addressing their concerns and escalating complaints when required. • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, community organizations, and relevant government and private entities. • Coordinate student activities, events, short courses, and training initiatives. • Maintain accurate student databases, attendance records, course results, and enrollment reports. • Coordinate with the Admissions, Accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth student services and follow-up on outstanding payments. • Prepare daily enrollment reports and provide timely updates to the Director of Enrollment. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 4 year of relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, or student services, preferably in a university or educational institution. • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency . • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and student information management systems. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a multicultural environment. • A proactive, service-oriented approach with a strong commitment to student engagement and satisfaction.
