• Assist the Head of Internal Audit in planning and executing internal audit assignments across all departments.
• Perform audits focusing on financial processes, compliance, operational processes, and control documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures and identify areas for process improvement.
• Prepare clear, concise, and timely audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate working papers and auditable documentation in compliance with internal standards.
• Liaise with departmental teams to collect data, clarify processes, and resolve audit queries.
• Conduct site visits across company locations in the UAE as required.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all company information handled during audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid understanding of internal control concepts, financial processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
