Interior Fit-Out Draftsman

• Prepare detailed shop drawings. • Prepare coordinated drawings with MEP and architectural services. • Produce as-built drawings. • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants and site teams. • Review IFC drawings and prepare material take-offs. • Update drawings based on consultant comments and site changes. • Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. • Support technical submissions and project documentation. • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. • 3–4 years of UAE interior fit-out drafting experience. • Excellent AutoCAD skills. • Revit knowledge is an advantage. • Good understanding of interior finishing details. • Knowledge of gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery and acoustic systems is preferred. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
