Universal Institute is seeking a dynamic and qualified **Interior Design Faculty** member to conduct high\-quality lectures and practical training modules. The instructor will educate students on interior design concepts, space planning, building materials, lighting, color theory, and industry\-standard design software, preparing them for professional careers in the design field. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver comprehensive instruction for diploma, certificate, and short courses in Interior Design. * Teach industry\-standard software tools including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. * Prepare lesson plans, syllabus guidelines, course handouts, and practical design assignments. * Guide students through portfolio development, space planning exercises, and final capstone projects. * Assess and grade student projects, quizzes, and practical exams while providing constructive feedback. * Maintain an interactive, practical, and supportive learning environment in classroom and lab settings. * Stay updated on current architectural trends, building codes, and local design aesthetics in Kuwait and the GCC. Pay: KD10\.000 \- KD15\.000 per hour Expected hours: 20\.0 per week Work Location: In person
