Interior Design Director **Company:** Mobilificio Pacini **Location:** Arraya Tower, Al Shuhada Street, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,900 per month** Job Summary Mobilificio Pacini is seeking a talented, visionary, and experienced **Interior Design Director** to lead our interior design department in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of innovative residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects while ensuring exceptional quality, functionality, and client satisfaction. This leadership role is ideal for a creative professional with extensive design expertise, project management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding interior environments. Key Responsibilities * Develop and lead the company's creative vision for interior design projects from concept through completion. * Oversee space planning, concept development, material selection, furniture specifications, lighting design, color schemes, and finish selections. * Lead and mentor interior designers, architects, CAD technicians, and project coordinators to deliver high\-quality projects. * Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, timelines, and design requirements. * Prepare and review design presentations, mood boards, 3D renderings, technical drawings, and project specifications. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout all project phases. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. * Monitor project quality, design consistency, and adherence to company standards and client expectations. * Stay informed about industry trends, emerging materials, sustainable design practices, and innovative technologies. * Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to source quality materials and furnishings at competitive prices. * Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. * Prepare project reports and provide strategic updates to executive management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. * Minimum of **8 years** of professional interior design experience, including at least **3 years** in a senior leadership or design management role. * Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality interior design projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry\-standard design software. * Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture systems, materials, lighting, and construction documentation. * Excellent leadership, project management, presentation, communication, and client relationship skills. * Professional certifications or memberships in recognized design organizations are an advantage.
