Not structural engineering, but wall orientation, spatial formation, and making a space work again. **What you'll do** * Develop concept designs, 2D planning and detailed interior construction drawings * Produce photorealistic 3D visualisations, primarily in Corona Renderer * Coordinate civil, electrical and plumbing layouts, sectional elevations and surface development * Prepare presentation drawings, tender drawings, working drawings and BOQs * Estimate material requirements, specifications and costs **What you'll bring** * Degree or Diploma in\- Interior Architecture or Interior Design * Minimum 2\.5 years in 3D visualisation and interior detail design * AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer (essential), AI renders, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office **Who thrives here** Our core values are Discipline, Inspiration, Accountability, Transparency and Results.
