Quantity & Quality Assurance Manager – Interior Fit-Out Industry

**Location:** Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Experience:** 4–5 Years **Joining:** Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Description We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Quantity \& Quality Assurance Manager** to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have **4–5 years of relevant experience in the Interior Fit\-Out industry**, with strong knowledge of quantity surveying, project cost control, quality assurance, and site coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate quantity measurements, effective cost monitoring, and compliance with approved quality standards across interior fit\-out projects. Key Responsibilities * Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work. * Prepare and verify quantity take\-offs, material quantities, and cost estimates. * Monitor project quantities, variations, measurements, and valuations. * Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and assist with commercial evaluations. * Prepare and maintain quantity and cost control reports. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other departments. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, checklists, and inspection processes. * Identify quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions. * Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and project requirements. * Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and quality reports. * Monitor project progress and highlight quantity, cost, and quality\-related risks to management. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable industry standards. * Support project teams in achieving timely completion while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
