Instrumentation Supervisor -Walkin Chennai

• Lead and manage a team of instrument technicians, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance and calibration tasks. • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex instrumentation systems, including DCS, PLC, and field instruments. • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all instrumentation assets to minimize downtime and optimize performance. • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during all instrumentation activities. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in industrial instrumentation, with a focus on process control systems. • Proven experience in supervising instrument technicians and managing maintenance activities in a plant environment. • Hands-on expertise with various instrumentation types: transmitters, control valves, sensors, analyzers, and safety systems. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
