Infrastructure Site Supervisor

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all infrastructure projects adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards. • Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including contractors and laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress effectively. • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. • Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and implementing corrective actions. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in infrastructure project supervision. • Proven experience in managing diverse construction teams and subcontractors. • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
