##### **Overview** #### **Job Details** Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment according to approved maintenance schedules and operational requirements. Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime and maintain efficient plant operations. Provide hands\-on technical support in mechanical assembly, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other maintenance\-related activities. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely while meeting company quality standards and maintenance procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, repair history, and equipment service documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability, productivity, and overall operational efficiency. Support the implementation of maintenance best practices and contribute to improving technical procedures and equipment performance. Work closely with maintenance technicians, production teams, and supervisors to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Monitor equipment performance, identify potential mechanical issues, and report findings before they develop into major failures. Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery when required. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Technical qualification in Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical assembly, machining, and turning processes. Good understanding of preventive maintenance techniques, equipment troubleshooting, and industrial safety procedures. Responsible, detail\-oriented, and committed to delivering high\-quality maintenance work while following safety standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a maintenance team in a fast\-paced industrial environment. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including refrigerated, production, or other industrial working environments as required.
